About the event
November Theme: Panchakosha — Where Life Leaks Through Us
We are not only our thoughts.
We are not only our emotions.
We are not only the roles we play in life.
In the yogic wisdom of Panchakosha, the self is understood through five layers — the physical body, energy, mind, wisdom, and deeper essence.
This month, we will explore where life feels heavy, where energy may be leaking, and which layer of the self is asking to be seen. Through psychodrama-inspired exploration, body awareness, symbolic action, role play, and compassionate witnessing, we will gently inquire:
Where do I lose myself in daily life?
Which part of me is carrying too much?
What needs to soften, speak, rest, or return?
About the Facilitator
Vibha Venkatesh is an embodiment coach, facilitator, and trainer working at the intersection of psychodrama-informed practice, somatic awareness, coaching, NLP, EFT, and experiential learning. She creates reflective and action-based spaces where individuals and groups can explore emotions, roles, patterns, inner conflicts, and relational dynamics with safety and curiosity.
Her work supports people in moving beyond intellectual understanding into embodied awareness, expression, and transformation. Through role play, movement, guided reflection, symbolic exploration, and group processes, Vibha helps participants reconnect with the body, the inner self, and the parts of themselves that are ready to be seen, expressed, and repaired.
She is also the Chair of IAF Vietnam and the founder of Vizen Consulting, where she designs and facilitates workshops on leadership, presence, communication, wellbeing, team connection, and inner transformation.
