Ecstatic Dance is a free-form dance experience guided by a curated DJ set. It’s a safe, conscious space where you’re free to move however you feel, without judgment, alcohol, or distractions. We invite you to arrive sober and present, and to let the music be your medicine. Dance itself will lift you into a natural high.

Warm-up: Guided movement and connection to help you land in the space and your body.

Opening circle: A welcome and intro to ecstatic dance.

Ecstatic dance set: An experienced DJ will take us on a sound journey — from soft and flowing to wild and energetic, with tribal and multicultural beats to help you fully let go.

Sound bath: Relax and ground in stillness with healing tones after the dance.
